Parents & Caregivers of Neurodivergent Loved Ones

This supportive, open-dialogue group offers a safe, non-judgmental space for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent loved ones to connect with others who understand. Together, participants can share experiences, explore challenges, and reflect on the strengths and needs of neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.

Discussions may include caregiver wellbeing, family dynamics, navigating systems of care, communication, advocacy, and celebrating the unique strengths of neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

Structure 12 sessions, with the option to extend
Participation Cameras and microphones are encouraged when accessible; all forms of respectful participation are welcome

The group is semi-closed and open-ended, meaning new members and additional offerings may be added as needed. Sessions are supervised by Dr. Rylie Moore, C.Psych., or Nicholas Walsh, B.A., supervised clinician. A student learner may also observe sessions.

Nervous System Regulation Therapy Group

Nervous system regulation is an adaptable and flexible process that helps bring the body and brain back into balance when experiencing dysregulation.

This therapy group is designed to support participants in building a personalized toolkit of nervous system regulation strategies that are flexible, adaptable, and responsive to their needs and circumstances.

Participants will experiment with different regulation strategies to discover which tools work best for them and how these strategies can be adapted to everyday life.

Sessions may include nervous system self-assessment, adaptive and maladaptive coping, mindfulness, adapting strategies to individual needs and circumstances, and more.

Fusion Psychological Services is currently collecting a list of interested participants. The group is facilitated by Dr. Rylie Moore, C.Psych., Clinical Director, Nicholas Walsh, B.A., supervised clinician & Madison Gibbs, student learner, may also be involved.
